Babs McCullen-Welker, former instructor and owner of Babs McDance Social Dance Club and Ballroom, had been sharing her knowledge of and teaching the Wilmington community to dance since 1990.She had an immediate love for dancing from the start, as she engulfed herself in classical and modern dance as a youth, and continued to share her love by teaching a myriad of dances.
