What are the benefits of dancing?

| Can pregnant woman participate in classes? | Yes! Especially belly dancing. Be sure to consult you physician before you start any activity. |

| Do I have to have a partner? | Absolutely
not! Couples and single dancers are welcome to join any of our classes.
In fact, some of our classes are just for independent
dancing. Classes that are just for couples will be
identified as such. |

What should I wear? | Wear
clothes that you will be comfortable in. Also, wear shoes that will
stay on your feet. Your shoes should have a leather bottom as this
allows you to move better than rubber soles. Inappropriate
shoes can be hazardous to your feet, ankles, knees, hips, back and
general posture. We are the exclusive Wilmington distributor
